·     If the payment is prepaid (bank card, credit card), the amount will be returned to your account within 10 to 45 days.

·     The above-mentioned return process does not take place until the parts sent to us arrive and are following the terms of return.

·     If there is no defect in the product and the customer wants to replace it or return it, the customer will be charged the shipping costs.

·     If a replacement product is not available for the replaced product, the amount of the product will be refunded to the customer.

What areas are delivered to?

We provide delivery service to the main areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Unfortunately,there are some areas where we can"t deliver directly, home delivery is not navailable. These areas are outside the conduction range.

Do I have to pay an additional fee for the delivery service?

Free delivery on all orders if the purchase amount is 300 riyals or more. If the purchase amount is less than 300 riyals, you will have to pay an amount of 28 riyals for the shipping service fee.

Do I have to pay additional fees for the cash on delivery service?

If you choose to pay cash on delivery, then you will have to pay an additional amount of 11 riyals, given that providing the cash on delivery service to our valued customers entails additional fees collected by the shipping company, and this amount does not include the shipping amount for orders less than 500 riyals. We would like to inform you that no additional fees are required when you choose to pay by direct bank transfer or pay via debit card or credit card because we take care of it.
